How can i capture within touch next to my company's robustness benefits population, so complicated?
so the company i work for was purely bought last year by a key company and they still haven't figured out the adjectives the health benefits stuff. after i worked within for six months, they automatically signed me up for health and dental--i want the form, not the dental--it's wasting an extra 50 bucks of my money a month. whenever i call, i own to have a password explicitly never the same, skulk for the password to be sent to me, then linger on hold for hours, which i can't do during work b/c i'm working. anyway, when i ask a manager, they with the sole purpose have alike info i do. can i write them a letter or something on approved letterhead asking them to cancel my dental? i'm tired of man docked for this--anything i can do? i'm unionized. thanks
Answers: You can't do anything until amenable enrollment - that's the only time you can produce changes to your benefits, on a group policy, unless you hold a "life event".
Write them a letter-send it certified.
Talk to your association steward. Get them involved. It's absurd that not a soul at your employer is assisting you with this!
