He wants to take the summons & complaint to Allstate instantly so that they can respond (I think near is a 20 day reduce on the summons & complaint to answer it). They were the insurer at the time of the luck. I hope he reported it to them at the time so they could investigate the accident & determine failure. If he did not & this is the first notification, it could jeopardize the claim. Did the other party claim damages to his vehicle? Did Allstate clear for the damages?
He will have to contact Allstate because the date of the stroke of luck was during the spell that he was insured near Allstate.
Contact both companies with adjectives the details, and they will sort it out.
Allstate, because that's the policy that was surrounded by force at the time of loss.
The insurance company of record at the time of loss is the insurance company that handle the claim, and that is AllState. It is chintzy to tweaking companies just after an calamity by the way. You expect the company to stand by you if needed, but show no loyalty afterward? In my evaluation it is dirty pool to switch companies in the first year after any claim or possible claim. But, it is legally recognized.
all state they be his insurance company at time
Allstate, and you need to notify them today.
