You need to phone call your Medicaid provider and do a change of address. If you don't know your provider's phone #, you can christen the state office and carry it through them. If you don't have your state department number, you can find that online by doing a search for your state or city. You can't. Medicaid is run by respectively state. If you move, you need to reapply to your unmarked state of residence. It doesn't transfer.
