There is no such place. In reality anyone whoever in days gone by received this benefit is now self required to pay it pay for. If you received this benefit in days gone by you are required to notify the Montgomery, Pa City Hall (I do not have an address or phone number available) to sort arrangement to pay the beneift subsidise. Failure to notify the city if you received these benefits will subject you to criminal penalties including insurance fraud.
