After having a company vehicle for 6 years they want to stop me having one and furnish me an allowance instead which relates to a substantial pay cut ( the allowance will not allow me to own a similar spec vehicle )and leaves me without a coupé.

At my company they verbs people from the area all the time and nick away their company car. You achieve a 1 time pay out but save for that you are out of luck. They are within their rights.

Your company is compensating you for withdrawing the saloon. I'm sorry you can't have a flash motor anymore. Poor you have to downsize, why don't you sue them for violating your human rights.

The only other nouns I can think of is whether you are mortal singled out in any path. If so, perhaps in attendance is something there to suppose about.

I've done both ways. The company coupé is better than being remunerated for miles. It's legal (what they're doing). It's your "right" to find another errand.
