Has anyone be denied severance benefits past?

Answers:   Sure. It can happen. One of the biggest question the unemployment insurance departments own to ask is whether you left employment voluntarily or not, and whether the termination be your fault. If the facts show that you gone voluntarily or it was your error, the chances are pretty perfect your application will get denied. There are other requirements too. You do own a right to appeal, but I would make sure you hold some good grounds to be in motion through all the gobbledygook.
From what I can gather it's unyielding to get denied...a while rear my brother was fired from his State duty for not showing up for a week straight and he applied for unemployment and get it! I dont condone it but it happened...I be laid off from a "dying" company some years rear legs and I got it resembling lightning. If you quit a job you dont really even hold a leg to stand on so dont apply, if you get let go it's almost a given you will get it, and apparently even if you be fired (and make up an excuse as to why) you still hold a shot. I'm pretty sure my brother made up some lie roughly speaking how his fiance was within the hosptial having surgery (in authenticity, she did an out patient procedure and be in and out contained by one day). I wouldn't lie to the job loss agency though. If you applied and were denied you can contact them and request a sense why. It could be that you didnt have a legit aim to apply in the first place or that you've be on unemployment too several times already
