My long term boyfriend and I are both self-employed and are looking into some vigour insurance options. I've hear of people up to that time who are only dating but hold insurance together. Wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to hold a shared health insurance plan in need being married surrounded by the state of Illinois.

In Tx if you live together 6 months and longer and share bills then you are considered adjectives law married and the answer is yes you can. but not sure if duplicate applies for other states
