Help near Tricare Please?

I'm starting to hate Tricare, we enjoy Tricare Prime and they screwed up on some things for us. First, they told me that Camp Pendleton is booked so I have to find a doctor sour base for my daughter and to send for the PCM and insurance to tell them and I could trade name the changes over the phone. I found a place I could hold my daughter off foundation, they assured me that Tricare Prime will cover everything, and called the PCM and they said they took protection of it. We went to my daughter's appointment and they said that our insurance hasn't made the change, I called Tricare Prime and they told me I can't receive changes over the phone and I own to do it on base and travel through all this composition work, and I also found out that they somehow arranged to get my daughter past its sell-by date base in need me knowing. So they screwed up on that. Another thing is I go to get an eye exam sour base the Optomotrist assured me that Tricare will lone cover 1 eye exam a year, so I got the exam and we payed for my trial glasses...

There should be some fool on the bed some where that deal with this type of issues. I be set to a liaison between the insurance people and the military, that can relieve. If not I would call or run over to where ever the headquarters are at and ask someone what to do and that you inevitability to talk to a party regarding your insurance coverage. I hold dealt beside tricare before over the phone beside stuff and I have never have a problem yet I other make sure to collaborate to a person and not that da*n piece of equipment. They need to find things better organized. I do know that after your husband retires form the military it is great to have Tricare. My father who is a ret. army colonel and my mother are on it and it is plentifully better than just almost anything else out there. Good luck and I am sorry you are have all of these problems.
