Answers: Doubtful. There is no way to track citizens of Malaysia, so no US LS provider would even consider your policy. You might be able to find a European fund that would consider it, but the insured would own to be very sick and have a short time expectancy. If the policy is less than $1M, they probably wouldn't be interested.
