Can anyone explain to me the process of getting hired at Geico?
Answers: 1) Subumit an application online at geico.com if you do not have computer access GEICO will own a computer set up at the office for you to submit an application.
2) Schedule a time to come within and test. You must be hasty or you will be marked sour for being postponed. The test consist of the following; typing, reading comphrension, and multitasking. Depending on the career you may also take a language rules test.
3) If you overhaul ALL the tests a recruiter will interview. This may be alike day as the experiment if the recruiters are not busy. Generally it is schedule for another light of day. Again you must arrive early or you will be prominent off. Dress professionally as this is also considered. If the recruiter think you did well surrounded by the interview you may be asked to fill out a short role evaluation sheet. This includes questions approaching .. "How do feel going on for making personal long distance phone calls from work? A) It is okay if you don't do it everyday .etc" If you do all right the recruiter will invite you back for another interview.
4) Make sure you arrive precipitate for this interview, it could be the last one.
