California Traffic School Twice Within 18 months?
Can I do traffic school twice within California within 18 months? From what I feel I understand the first citation is kept confidential. The second inside 18 months is not. Can my insurance company raise my rates even though I did occur to take traffic institution even though it was twice in 18 months. Will my insurance rise, if so how much?
Answers: i know this doesnt answer your question, but if you are worried something like it so much, stop driving bad satisfactory to get tickets, dont speed, wear your form belt and always signal, and stop at stop signs and traffic lights.
and yes they could bump up your premium because you got 2 violation.
You can (usually-depending on the citation) do traffic school once every 18 months. Once you complete it and report the completion to the DMV, the citation is removed from your transcript. You cannot do traffic school more than once every 18 months. The court will not even extend you the option.
