Anyone know almost a class conduct contained by Texas on the subject of title insurance?
I have some rental properties surrounded by Texas and I have have to (over)pay for title insurance. I have other heard that abundantly of kickbacks be paid by the title insurance companies to bank and mortgage brokers. Anybody else hear about this?
