Ok i'm trying to start a storm chasing tour?
but i do not how to do so . what laws is in this and can i only just make it like, come near us at your own risk, instead of getting alot of insurance on everything and everyone. plus what laws in is this again. do i call for a business license?
You need a lawyer. Sure, you can speak come at your own risk - but that won't hold up in court - you can still be sued. Laws will depend on where you live, as will the business license.
Answers: Do some research by contacting companies that already do it...sometimes they are more than helpful to tell their nouns stories.
