How to Deal next to Farmers Insurance Company?
I was hit by a farmers cleint and i have hear alot of bad things with this company anyone know what i should do or how to be prepaired to not seize ripped off

I won't comment on Farmers as I enjoy no direct experience with them (they aren't in Canada). But I recommend that you cooperatively document every conversation and everything that happens. Make sure you date and time your notes and get hold of the full name of everyone you speak with. Also be sure to insist on your insurer (and keep documents of that as well)
Answers: it really depends on how bad the quirk was. if it was minor, they won't hassle too much and if their client be at fault they should do right by you. if it was a primary claim they tend to want to drag things out a bit. document everything. if you start to have problems with the adjuster, bring back YOUR company involved and have them help you.
