Does anyone know of a website that have your robustness record/score that ins. co use to determine exclusions/rates

Answers:

There is no pattern site with this type of information -- at most minuscule not a publicly accessible one.

There is something known as the Medical Information Bureau and one of the things you sign to authorize when you sign an application for go, health, disability, long-term thoroughness, etc. is authorizing the insurance company to check your records through the MIB.

However, as I said, this information is most unambiguously NOT available to the public, nor could it be under Federal privacy law.
No such thing. Sorry!
There isn't one. There's no such thing as a "form score".

These records are private and can not be put on the pattern or released to anyone without your expressed written permision. This is one of the forms you will hold to sign if you appy for insurance. There is no website to get this information. But you can assume if any insurance company rewarded for any medical procedure this and any findings from it are in your account.
Insurance companies can not use the Medical Information Bureau to make underwrite decisions. That is bit of their charter. They use it to determine if there are any mis-representations or omission on matters that they would rate adversely. What they do is compare what be filed by the varied carriers near what you say on your app.

The insurance companies utilize your medical documentation and the application to make a conclusion.

If you want, you may request a copy of your MIB file at the site below. Keep contained by mind you will have have to applied for life, strength or disability insurance to have a report.
