Good Luck!
You'd be interested to know that insurance companies are regulated by each state contained by which they operate. The federal government has chimed-in on behalf of those carrier that provide group coverage to corporations' employee benefit programs, but the oversight is practically nill. National databases on the issue you are investigating are few and far in between. Go to your state's insurance commissioner's trellis page, and you should be able to find state specific information on claims, denials, complaints per carrier, etc. If you are more interested contained by getting a bigger picture on the insurance carrier, then get hold of ready to spend some time. You will find that State Farm is getting bad publicity, close to the majority of the P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance companies for their responses to claimants in New Orleans and CA. A google search next to "complaints" "denied claims", etc. should pull-up a bunch of articles on the company itself. Hope this helps!

I work in the industry and i don't know any entry off the top of my head that paperwork complaints like that where you can in recent times read them over ...like online or something.

Best thing I could recommend would be to google things similar to customer reviews.
I have had State Farm Insurance for 21 years. I hold had to file a few claims...They reward immediately. I am extremely happy next to them for my insurance needs.
You sound like one of those anal customers that call every month because their bill changed one dollar. Get over yourself, every company is going to have complaints. They wouldnt be where they are today if they werent a biddable company.
State Farm is a big company, just resembling Nationwide, AllState, Geico, Progressive, etc. There are going to be tons of complaints about every single one of those companies. No insurance company can please every single one of its policyholders. You're really wasting your time.
The state department of insurance handles adjectives insurance complaints.

Answers:    ah, you're looking for hate in adjectives the wrong places, LOL.

You can find complaints, in your state, on your state insurance department website. The level of detail vary by state.

Last report I saw from Consumer Reports, State Farm, of all insurance companies, has the #1 lowest complaint ratio. Pretty full of character, as they are also the LARGEST insurer of homeowners and auto in the US.
