Will I bring dismissal insurance benefits within California if employed as a temp?
I was hoping it would become permanent but it did not. My governor told me on Thursday that my last day be going to be on Friday the next day. and that they found someone more senior more qualified ) for the position
I also have received notice from Unemployment that I would be getting some benefits but when I called within today to check status of delivery of a check they told me that my last employer is disputing it.
Answers: It sounds close to you will need to go to court consequently. Sometimes employers dont like paying out the job loss. Go to court and try and dispute him.
