How to deliver a disappearance claim?

This one is more for the other insurance advisors out there...Have you ever experienced a passing claim? I just finished my first departure claim with a client that be given to me. It was a poorly serviced client and this company hadn't talk to him in probably 10-15 years and I hold never met the client or his beneficiaries.

I've offered my condolences, but did they really come off as one sincere considering I don't now any of them. It be just enormously awkward.

I guess my question is, how would you touch a death claim lacking seeming insensitive when you have never met any of the involved party? I don't think a moment ago handing them the check and motto "If you want to invest it with me agree to me know" is appropriate.

Answers:    My advice surrounded by this matter would be to fathom out that you don't know these folks and keep contained by mind that if some stranger came up and offered condolences for your lost love one, it would collectively come off as sincere, but in recent times may not mean anything coming from someone they don't know. This is not necessarily desperate or good, newly be nice and try to be sympathetic to their pain. That's adjectives we can do in our position.

One of the best parts roughly speaking being surrounded by the life insurance business is deliver the death benefit check. That is deliver on a promise you or someone before you made to the line, that when the insured died there would be money available. Everyone else can make a contribution condolences, but you can give condolences and a check. No one else can do what you can for that clan. Be proud of that and humble at the same time.
