I'm a balloon artiest and wondering if I should receive a type of waiver for folks.?

I'd have them sign a "disclaimer" stating something to the reality; they understand you're not responsible for damages resulting from a sensitivity to the paint, but not limited to the facade. What if a customer was poked within the eye? What if they slip and fall within paint? You never know what can happen.
