Has anyone hear of US Benefits Group?
It is a company that finds affordable health insurance. They are base out of Chicago, IL. I have checked the BBB reports and within is only 1 complaint within the last 3 yrs, but the company also have not responded to the BBB when asked for info about their company. Any info would be appreciated.

A lot of companies don't respond to BBB complaints, primarily because the BBB doesn't do anything anyway so why bother? I wouldn't let the reality that they didn't respond bother you to much. Most people, if they own a complaint about an insurance company or broker, complain to the state insurance commission anyway so you might check the Illinois Insurance commission for complaints.
I only just looked at US Benefits Group's website. I know nothing just about them and have never hear of them until today but the Insurance Companies that they have tabled that they represent are all well-mannered reputable insurance companies.
