You can't, as every time OHIP the Ontario Health Card expires, it needs to be re-newed with a brand new picture of you, this helps the government to prevent fraud. So I believe that you will own to go and get it done :)
You can't. You have to travel to one of the centres with sufficient baptism and get your photo taken again. Check to make sure you own the approved ID because without it they will just deny to process your application.
Answers: As the others said, you cannot renew it online. The justification you need to do this is that you need to provide enduring pieces of ID to show you are still eligible for Ontario Health. Proof of residence (from the approved list-a letter from Grandma Smith wont do) and a supporting document with your designation AND signature off the list. OHIP can ask for more documents if they get the impression it necessary.
You will also need to enjoy your picture taken again. The only exception to this is for those people that are contained by isolated communties in the north and then here are other procedures for them.
Photo health cards have expiry date on them to help prevent fraud, not to just be a twinge. (new health cards dont have your address on the subsidise and have new protection features in them too)
