My insurance company won't clear my bills, and they want me to reimburse them vertebrae, what if i dont?

i spent a year as an exchange student in california, in the year of 04-05. i get a health insurance just within case i needed it.
i had a paroxysm by january of 2005 and i went to the hospital to see what was going on nd the doctors said i have epilepsy so they decided to took a brain scan, MRI and so i said it was fine cuz i thought the insurace company would cover it.
after that i go to a neurologist and well.. to make it short, i charge approaching $10 000 aprox. to my insurance company. So far everything was fine, untill i got a communication from the insurance co. and they wrote me that they wouldn't pay and they kept sending mails and mail. i replayed them but they wouldn't understand, so i came put money on to Mexico and i think they keep sending bills to matching address, but im not sure, i stop hearing from them. but now my visa have expired and i want to renew it but im worried about that, can i get arrested? even if im not american? i dont wanna reimburse, cause i don have the $$ and its not unprejudiced.

I sure hope your visa is denied. You've made it pretty clear you are not going to pay your medical bills. Don't you realize WE are going to have to cover them? Thanks for coming into our country, running up bills and going away. Oh, and whining about it. That was a nice touch too.

Yes, your visa can be denied.

How is it not balanced, that you went and bought services, and they want to get salaried for the services they gave you?

Your transaction with the insurance company is seperate from the one next to the hospital and doctors. Who do you think is going to foot the bill, if you don't pay? You want the doctors to work for you for free?

What you're doing is call STEALING. Stealing services, from the hospital and doctor.

Your insurance should be telling you WHY they won't pay. And any it's a legitimate reason, approaching you don't have coverage for epilepsy, only accident, or it's not. But that's a seperate transaction.

You owe the money.
Dude, your fine. It's not your condemn that your insurance company won't pay. They probably realized that you weren't a citizen, that you'd probably be going vertebrae to your country soon, and that you would have alot of trouble fighting them, so they deflect payment to you. It's just their passageway of getting out of payment.

Anyway, DON'T pay it. If you want, write a epistle to the hospital explaining everything and they might be able to deal beside it and get their money, but I doubt it.

As for your visa, if your denied then explain your situation to them and you might seize the decision overturned. If not, happy trails my friend.

DON'T LET THE INSURANCE COMPANY WIN.
