THE UK GALES - if my neighbour's tree is blown onto my house whose insurance have to foot?

they have a tree and every time nearby are strong winds I verbs the bloody thing is going to come crashing down into my house - who's insurance will rate up, mine or theirs?

Answers:    Storm Damage is not classed as an act of God. [tsk] If you hold cover for Storm Damage on your policy then your policy will pick up the claim, no event who's tree it is. *(Unless your neighbour had be grossly negligent beside regards to the condition and preservation of the tree, then it would be difficult for your insurers to restore your health the costs from your neighbours insurers).

you will have to tolerate your ins ,co sort it out phone them
