Can you find someone if you hold their Social Insurance Number?

Looking for an old friend and I hold her SIN number how can I find her? Is there a site or something?
It is a Canadian SIN Number.

Answers:    There are any number of sites that will tolerate you do this, but I believe all of them will charge you for it; between $20-$40 U.S. seem common.

However, you can probably find others if you do a Yahoo! force out on the following terms: "people", "locater", and "Canada".
