The job of a part manager and the rebel he faces is identify the potential advisor and recruit to manufacture his selling team a strong and triumphant team. Most of the component managers are doing enrolment, but they go after a two or three advisors who make available business consistently and other advisors are not motivated or guided when they are unable to procure business. The element managers savour lot of benefits like trip to foreign countries etc but they don't deserve it as they depend on the hard work and calibre of the advisor.
