If you be a strength insurance agent minus residuals (renewals), what would your best option be?
Answers: First, re-read Tyr's advice. He offer good counsel.
Second, please mention your state. If you are licensed contained by one of the states my company is expanding into, you could be hired to run your own shop. In less than five or six months, probably...depending.
If you are competent enough to find my eMail information on Y!A, transport me an eMail with your state mentioned. I really focus you should be achieving your financial rewards for written business.
I sure hope your company offer you additional compensation if you recommend another agent. (We christen them overrides.)
Your question is a touch vague...Are you rewarded only once for respectively group, and receive no further compensation? Or do you not have any groups?
If the former: Find a untried Brokerage. No brokerage worth their weight contained by salt will deny their brokers the residual income, because it encourage the brokers to ignore their clients. Find someone that will earnings you the commission you EARN and go next to them.
If the second: create a list of industry/businesses that you want as your clients. Research contact name and the specific niche that each business fill. When you've got a catalogue of at least 100 companies: CALL THEM. Twice a year for two weeks or until you get a casual to meet near the decision author. When you call, do try to compete near their current broker, let them know how you excell, what make you special, and what services you can offer that no other broker does (everyone's get some gimic). Then, sell put on the market sell.
If you show something else... please clarify so people after me can endow with you a better answer.
