Answers: Nothing in that report shows that it is a washout in the marketplace to provide health insurance. Some of these empire could access health insurance through the bazaar, but choose not to.
In fact, the ending portion states that part of the uninsured could qualify for Medicaid, but do not access it for one rationale or another. This is a clear failure on the constituent of the individual to not claim their rightful benefits because they either do not know more or less it or choose not to take assistance from the command.
I'm not really on one side or another. I think near are problems, but there other will be, regardless of who's running the show. Hopefully this just sharpens up your argument.
There would be no profit, is why. Insurance is a business, not a charity.
