Can i sue my insurance company for not paying out?
is it classed as breach of contract? if not what is it?
Answers: Was it for a covered loss per your insurance policy (contract) or be it excluded? Were you investigated for fraud? If it was a covered loss per your policy and you be not paid, consequently you can report the company to the State Insurance Dept for a bad religious conviction claim. They have to respond to the complaint within a certain amount of days beside an answer to why they didn't pay & if it be not a legitimate source, your claim should be paid, smaller quantity your deductible.
You can sue anyone for anything. Winning your case is another item. They may have a valid rationale.
