Barack Obama Health Insurance Plan?

Quick question. I saw on his website "The plan will cover adjectives essential medical services, including preventive, maternity and mental condition care." Does that indicate that if I go to the hospital for any foundation or if someone has diabetes that they are covered beneath his plan? thanks

Answers:    No one really know if all will be covered, its a short time ago a dream at this point.
I don't see how a Universal Health Plan could ever work in the USA as we are a country of instant gratification and entitlements. I don't chew over the average American would be too happy waiting for months to acquire a tumor removed, get surgery on a hip, or simply wait hours to merely get fundamental service. How would one take not getting effort because one was a smoker or obese.
